Contributing News and Articles to twentysomething twentysomething strives to give readers’ timely and useful news and information on the events, ideas, and issues shaping today’s twenty-something year old in Monrovia and the surrounding communities. In order to share the opinions and lifestyles of this demographic, we depend on contributions from readers throughout our community. DEADLINES twentysomething is published monthly and distributed free of charge within the first week of each month. To be considered for a specific edition, articles and press releases should be received by the 9th for the preceding month’s publication. On fast-breaking, major news, please contact the Editorial Department as quickly as possible to arrange coverage. Call us at 626.303.1623 or email editorial@twentysomethingonline.net HOW TO CONTRIBUTE AND SUBMIT MATERIAL twentysomething receives contributions and submissions by e-mail (preferable) at editorial@twentysomethingonline.net or fax us at 626.303.1253. Contributions to be sent via e-mail are preferred as part of the e-mail message or as an attachment in Microsoft Word. IMPORTANT NOTE ON SUBMITTED PHOTOGRAPHS twentysomething encourages photographs (color or black-and-white) or electronic art to accompany contributions. Electronic art must be sent as either a TIF or JPG file with a minimum resolution of 300 dots per inch (dpi) in the size similar to how it would appear in twentysomething. Please include a caption and a credit for each photograph submitted. Submissions and photos will not be returned and become the property of the twentysomething for publication purposes. Published submissions will be based upon space availability. We are especially interested in receiving articles that feature the achievements of this demographics, share opinions and lifestyle issues. twentysomething wants to know how this demographic is shaping our community today in positive ways. Readers can speak out on pressing issues and are invited to comment on the lifestyles issues and share their views as a twenty-something year old. DEADLINE: 9th of each month.
